HACCP is a system that can be utilized as an array of procedures for the control of processes, with the overall goal of giving to a consumer a food item in the state and in a way that will ensure the safety for his health. HACCP is a set of preventive measures that ensures the safety of the food in every possible way.

FSSC 22000 standard was developed by The Foundation of Food Safety Certification. FSSC 22000 is consisted of a complete scheme developed for certification of food safety systems based on ISO 22000 standard for food safety regulation and ISO/TS 22002-1 standard for necessary food safety programs.

Butchery “Nedeljković” has been established and still is a family business. We had started with three employees and strictly routed development plan. The plan was exceptional and successful, and that is why today “Nedejković” butchery nowadays has 230 employees. We are in the end phase of building new meat production factory. Our current capacities are daily slaughter of 600 pigs and 50 cows, in addition of producing 15.000 kg of meat preparations. Our long lasting meat products are stored in a special drying chamber with the cpaacity of 5.000 kg.
